Arsenal monitoring Moutinho

Arsenal are keeping tabs on former Tottenham target Joao Moutinho. The Portugal international is seen as an heir to veteran Gunners skipper Mikel Arteta, with Arsene Wenger keen to bolster his midfield, but Monaco will hold out for £30 million.
