The Italian has led Real Madrid to the top of La Liga and the club's institutional director say he is a coach who fits the Santiago Bernabeu philosophy
Real Madrid director Emilio Butragueno has hailed Carlo Ancelotti as the ideal coach at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Italian delivered a long-awaited 10th Champions League title in his first season in Spain and they currently sit top of La Liga following Saturday's 5-1 win over Rayo Vallecano.
"Ancelotti is an outstanding coach in every aspect," Butragueno is quoted as saying by AS.
"He's been at the top for 20 years, has won three European Cups and won in four different countries. There's nothing else to say.
"I know that he fits the template. He's very calm facing situations and that's very important."
Gareth Bale returned to the starting line-up on Saturday after injury and marked his comeback with a goal and the 51-year-old says the Welshman provides more of a threat than Isco, whom he replaced in the XI.
"Bale is a player of huge resource with a lot of powerful and a goal threat. He scored a goal and is more able to score than Isco at a high level."
